Il bacino di Flix è un'infrastruttura idroelettrica spagnola costruita sul fiume Ebro, creata da una diga nel comune di Flix, e si estende sui territori di Flix e Ribarroja d'Ebro, nella comarca della Ribera d'Ebro, provincia di Tarragona, Catalogna.
Ha una grande area degradata sulla sua costa meridionale. Si tratta di uno stagno contaminato da scarichi chimici prodotti dall'azienda ERCROS nel periodo dal 15 settembre 1988 al 28 agosto 1993 e anche negli anni precedenti a qualsiasi legislazione ambientale. Tutto ciò ha causato l'accumulo di 700 000 m³[1] di rifiuti pericolosi sulla riva e nei fanghi del bacino.
