La Casa Nova del Castell de Menàrçana è un'opera di Bellvei inclusa nell'Inventario del Patrimonio Architettonico della Catalogna.
Casa di pianta quadrata con piano terra, primo piano e antica colombara, riconvertita attualmente in mansarda. Ha il tetto a due falde, coronato dalle suddette mansarde, che sporgono di un metro nella testata. L'ingresso principale è preceduto da un'aia nella facciata sud, la quale è delimitata a est dall'antica capanna riconvertita oggi in casa per eventi. I materiali costruttivi sono una miscela di pietra e mattoni, conservati e restaurati dalla ristrutturazione. Il suo interno è stato alterato essendo stata riconvertita in casa per colonie.
