Situato nel cuore dei campi di battaglia e nel centro di Albert, città simbolo della Prima Guerra Mondiale, questo museo, il cui ingresso si trova ai piedi della basilica, ripercorre la vita dei soldati in trincea durante l'offensiva del 1° luglio 1916. Una quindicina di alcove e vetrine sono allestite in un passaggio sotterraneo di 250 metri utilizzato come rifugio antiaereo durante la Seconda guerra mondiale. Effetti sonori, immagini e luci immergono i visitatori nella vita quotidiana di questi soldati. L'uscita è nel giardino pubblico.
