Un palazzo costruito nel 1904 per Jacques Lobstein, fondatore della Grande Brasserie et Malterie Vosgienne. Progettato da F. Clasquin, lo stile degli ornamenti è influenzato dall'Art Nouveau (sculture e opere in ferro). I motivi sono presi in prestito dalle piante essenziali per la produzione della birra: covoni d'orzo e coni di luppolo. Le vetrate della torretta, realizzate da Charles Champigneulle, raffigurano un volo di cicogne e una bambina alsaziana in costume tradizionale che raccoglie il luppolo, temi che ricordano le origini del proprietario che si stabilì nei Vosgi dopo la guerra del 1870.
