Importante sito della resistenza, la Chaume du Drumont fu bruciata dai tedeschi il 23 settembre 1944. Il Corps Franc Pommiés vi combatté duramente alla fine del novembre 1944. Una targa ricorda il sacrificio di questi volontari. A 1.200 m, una tabella di orientamento del Club Alpino Francese del 1891 spiega il meraviglioso panorama circolare. Lo sguardo sulla valle rivela Bussang, adagiato sul fianco della Tête des Corbeaux. Il panorama sul Ballon d'Alsace, il Rossberg e il Grand Ballon è semplicemente mozzafiato. A sud, in una giornata molto limpida, si possono vedere le Alpi svizzere. Il panorama alterna cime boscose e valli urbanizzate.
