Il vecchio castello, noto anche con i nomi di antico castello dei vescovi di Strasburgo o castello di Turckheim, è un monumento storico situato a Dachstein, nel dipartimento francese del Bas-Rhin.
Il castello si trova in una posizione strategica, al centro delle possessioni episcopali del versante vosgiano. Serve come base militare e residenza per i vescovi di Strasburgo.
