Het oude kasteel, ook bekend onder de namen oude kasteel van de bisschoppen van Straatsburg of kasteel van Turckheim, is een historisch monument gelegen in Dachstein, in het Franse departement Bas-Rhin.
Het kasteel ligt op een strategische locatie, in het hart van de bisschoppelijke bezittingen van de Vogezenvoorkant. Het dient als militaire basis en residentie voor de bisschoppen van Straatsburg.
