L'altopiano di Langres è un'alta pianura in Francia. È la fonte della Mosa. Si trova a nord di Digione, dove nascono diversi fiumi. Il centro della zona è il borgo fortificato medievale di Langres. I seguenti fiumi nascono in quest'area: a ovest si trovano le fonti della Senna e della Marna. Questi fiumi sfociano nel Canale a Le Havre. A sud si trova il crinale tra il Mare del Nord e il Mar Mediterraneo: le fonti della Saona si trovano a poche chilometri dalle fonti della Mosa. La Saona scorre verso sud attraverso il Rodano. A est si trova il crinale con il Reno: qui la Mosa confina con l'area della Mosella. Qui nasce anche l'Aube.
