Situato tra i villaggi di Trefcon e Caulaincourt, il cimitero britannico di Trefcon a Caulaincourt contiene 290 tombe di soldati uccisi principalmente durante la battaglia per la riconquista dei villaggi nel settembre 1918. Questa battaglia seguì l'occupazione tedesca dei villaggi, iniziata il 22 marzo 1918. Il cimitero è stato creato dal IX Corpo britannico (6a e 32a Divisione). Contiene 290 soldati, di cui 289 caduti nella Prima guerra mondiale e 1 nella Seconda guerra mondiale. Dei 289 soldati caduti nella Prima guerra mondiale, 276 sono stati identificati (275 britannici e uno indiano) e 13 sono sconosciuti.
