De Trefcon British Cemetery in Caulaincourt ligt tussen de dorpen Trefcon en Caulaincourt en bevat 290 graven van soldaten die voornamelijk omkwamen tijdens de strijd om de dorpen in september 1918. Deze strijd volgde op de Duitse bezetting van de dorpen die op 22 maart 1918 begon. De begraafplaats werd aangelegd door het Britse IX Corps (6de en 32ste Divisie). Er liggen 290 soldaten waarvan er 289 sneuvelden in de Eerste Wereldoorlog en 1 in de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Van de 289 soldaten die in de Eerste Wereldoorlog sneuvelden, zijn er 276 geïdentificeerd (275 Britten en één Indiër) en 13 onbekend.
