Il Musée du Pays d'Ussel è un museo classificato come museo di Francia, ospitato in un complesso di quattro edifici con collezioni di arte e tradizioni popolari, arazzi marchigiani, attrezzature per la stampa e arte religiosa.
- L'Hôtel Bonnot de Bay, risalente al XVIII secolo, espone gli strumenti utilizzati dagli artigiani di un tempo (zoccolai, falegnami, fabbri, tessitori).
- La Maison Moncourier-Beauregard: qui si possono vedere tutti gli oggetti utilizzati per preparare, cucinare e conservare gli alimenti. Qui è stato installato anche il laboratorio del sellaio.
- La stamperia: cuore del museo, ospita le macchine di due stamperie che un tempo operavano a Ussel... In estate, l'artista e litografo Patrick Sauvat organizza laboratori di litografia!
