El Musée du Pays d'Ussel es un museo de Francia catalogado, ubicado en un complejo de cuatro edificios y que presenta colecciones de arte y tradiciones populares, tapices de la región de Las Marcas, material de imprenta y arte religioso.
- El Hôtel Bonnot de Bay, del siglo XVIII: muestra las herramientas utilizadas por los artesanos de antaño (zuecos, carpinteros, herreros, tejedores).
- La Maison Moncourier-Beauregard: aquí podrá ver todos los objetos utilizados para preparar, cocinar y conservar los alimentos. También se ha instalado aquí el taller del guarnicionero.
- La imprenta: corazón del museo, alberga máquinas de dos imprentas que funcionaron en Ussel... En verano, el artista y litógrafo Patrick Sauvat organiza talleres de litografía
