Het Musée du Pays d'Ussel is een geklasseerd Musée de France, gehuisvest in een complex van vier gebouwen en met collecties volkskunst en -tradities, wandtapijten uit de regio Marche, drukkerijbenodigdheden en religieuze kunst.
- Het 18e-eeuwse Hôtel Bonnot de Bay: vitrines met het gereedschap van de ambachtslieden van weleer (klompenmakers, timmerlieden, smeden, wevers).
- Het Maison Moncourier-Beauregard: hier kun je alle voorwerpen zien die gebruikt werden om voedsel te bereiden, te koken en te bewaren. Ook de zadelmakerij is hier geïnstalleerd.
- De drukkerij: het hart van het museum, het herbergt machines van twee drukkerijen die ooit in Ussel werkten... In de zomer geeft kunstenaar en lithograaf Patrick Sauvat lithoworkshops!
