Situato in una strada molto tranquilla con parcheggio gratuito in strada, l'appartamento completamente ristrutturato si trova al 3° e ultimo piano di un piccolo residence con ascensore e gode di un'ampia terrazza.
Le due camere da letto hanno accesso diretto alla terrazza dove viene servita la colazione nei mesi estivi:
- una camera con letto matrimoniale e bagno privato,
- una camera con letto singolo e bagno privato.
