Il massacro di Tulle riguarda i crimini commessi nella città di Tulle dalla 2. SS-Panzerdivision "Das Reich" il 9 giugno 1944, 72 ore dopo lo sbarco in Normandia. A seguito di un'offensiva dei partigiani francesi , il 7 e 8 giugno 1944, l'arrivo di formazioni della «Das Reich» costringe i maquisards ad evacuare la città. Il 9 giugno 1944, dopo aver rastrellato gli uomini dai 16 ai 60 anni, le SS insieme a membri del Sipo-SD condannano all’impiccagione 120 abitanti di Tulle, dei quali 99 vengono effettivamente uccisi. Nei giorni seguenti, 149 uomini sono deportati a Dachau, dove 101 perderanno la vita. In totale, le vittime civili dei crimini della Wehrmacht, delle Waffen-SS e del Sipo-SD saranno 213.
