Classificata come monumento storico, la Maison Breton è il più antico edificio abitato del villaggio, con una torre risalente al XIII secolo. Originariamente di proprietà del pittore Henri Martin, fu acquistata dallo scrittore di fama internazionale André Breton, che vi abitò ogni estate tra il 1951 e il 1966.
La casa è oggi sede del CISCM (Centre International du Surréalisme et de la Citoyenneté Mondiale) e offre ai visitatori un percorso in linea con il pensiero del poeta: spazi espositivi tematici, giardini pensili, caffè letterario, libreria, residenze d'artista e centro di ricerca universitario.
Il percorso artistico inizia alla Maison Rignault, poco sopra.
