Nella Val de Dronne, a pochi chilometri da Ribérac, il Musée Gallo-Romain de Petit-Bersac presenta la storia del sito archeologico di Cidène. Questo villaggio nella regione del Périgord Vert è stato occupato fin dall'epoca preromana e qui sono sepolti numerosi resti degni di nota, tra cui terme e una grande fogna.
Durante gli scavi condotti sul sito dall'archeologo Jean Pichardie, sono stati portati alla luce numerosi oggetti, oggi esposti nel museo locale, ospitato negli annessi della chiesa. Vasellame, ceramiche, bronzi, ornamenti, monete e utensili sono esposti in una vasta sala dotata di vetrine e pannelli esplicativi.
