I Jardins de la Butte sono una serie di giardini tematici nel quartiere medievale di Gourdon. I Jardins Zig-zag sono allestiti secondo lo spirito di un giardino dell'epoca di Carlo Magno, che con il suo Capitolare di Villis, intorno all'anno 812, cambiò profondamente l'organizzazione dei giardini medievali. Il labirinto della calade si ispira a quello di Chartres e ci riporta al XIII secolo. I Jardins du Sénéchal, con il loro campo da gioco e l'area picnic, sono impreziositi da una gigantesca farfalla di bosso circondata da fontane d'acqua.
