Il Parc Pereire e le Abatilles formano una zona residenziale nel cuore della pineta. Costruita nel mezzo di un parco alberato, la Ville de Printemps d'Arcachon è riuscita a preservare gli spazi verdi e uno stile di vita dolce. Case eleganti e siti naturali: qui l'urbanistica fa rima con ambiente. L'esempio più bello è il Parc Pereire, ideale per passeggiate e relax. La pineta si estende fino al bordo della baia di Arcachon per formare la spiaggia di Pereire: una distesa di sabbia fine delimitata da una lunga passeggiata pedonale e da un verde giardino marittimo, ideale per gli amanti dell'ombra e del sole.
