Il meandro più spettacolare di Francia La Longue Roche si trova nella foresta demaniale di Château-Regnault. Questo sito si trova in cima a ripidi speroni rocciosi che dominano la Mosa e la cittadina di Monthermé. La vista da questo sito offre un panorama molto pittoresco, nel cuore del più famoso meandro della Mosa. Questo sito, come i Quattro Figli di Aymon e le Dame della Mosa, fa parte di un vasto complesso di età primaria: il massiccio cambriano di Rocroi. È anche vicino alla Roche à Sept Heures.
