Il Musée de la Vénerie sarà chiuso per lavori dal 22 settembre 2025 a metà giugno 2026.
Situato nel cuore del parco del Castello Reale di Senlis, nella dimora settecentesca del Priorato di Saint-Maurice, il Musée de la Vénerie evoca la dimensione culturale e artistica della caccia con i cani da caccia, una tradizione profondamente radicata nella regione. La casa è decorata con numerosi trofei di questa usanza. Dipinti, incisioni, fotografie, oggetti d'arte e accessori utilizzati nella pratica della caccia con i cani completano l'edificio e, grazie a una recente museografia, testimoniano l'importanza della caccia nella storia.
