Situata ai margini del lago Hourtin, la spiaggia di Piqueyrot offre una vista mozzafiato su tutto il lago. Grazie all'acqua bassa e al nuoto sorvegliato, i bambini possono divertirsi in tutta sicurezza. La spiaggia di Piqueyrot è ideale per rilassarsi e allontanarsi dalla frenesia dell'estate e godersi la pace e la tranquillità del lago. Tuttavia, non c'è una pista ciclabile sicura lungo la piccola strada di accesso, quindi fate attenzione! Il lago Carcans Hourtin è il più grande lago naturale d'acqua dolce della Francia, quindi è uno spazio fragile da rispettare in ogni circostanza. Nei pressi del sito si trova la Riserva naturale delle Dune e delle Paludi di Hourtin. Percorsi didattici segnalati sono a vostra disposizione per permettervi di scoprire in profondità tutte le ricchezze di questo territorio.
