La spiaggia nord di Lacanau si trova vicino al centro della città. È leggermente lontana dalle aree di parcheggio, ma un piacevole sentiero tra boschi e dune vi condurrà a questa lunga spiaggia sabbiosa, delimitata da dune.
Con i bagnini in servizio durante la stagione estiva, il divertimento in acqua è assicurato per grandi e piccini. Vero e proprio spot per il surf, questa spiaggia è anche un luogo di incontro per i surfisti.
In questo sito sono presenti anche ristoranti fast-food e scuole di surf, solo in estate.
La sorveglianza sulla spiaggia nord di Lacanau inizia a fine maggio!
Gli animali domestici non sono ammessi in spiaggia durante i mesi estivi. Si prega di consultare il regolamento affisso all'ingresso della spiaggia.
