Raggiungibile da Lit et Mixe attraverso la strada D88 per circa 8 km, o in bicicletta lungo la pista ciclabile parallela, Cap de l'Homy è una di quelle rare località balneari della costa oceanica in cui la duna è rimasta intatta dalla costruzione. Protetta dall'Office National des Forêts (ONF), sia gli abitanti del luogo che i turisti raggiungono la spiaggia attraverso sentieri appositamente predisposti. Dietro la duna, i pochi edifici che circondano la spiaggia sono il campeggio comunale, due ristoranti, un minimarket, alcuni negozi sul mare e qualche rara casa
Tranquillo e autentico, il Cap de l'Homy è frequentato tutto l'anno da gente del posto, famiglie, amanti della natura, sportivi e persone in cerca di relax. Questo spot, traboccante di bellezza ed esposto alle onde, è un fantastico parco giochi per gli sport da tavola.
