Prodotto di punta della regione delle Landes de Gascogne, il Pastis de la Chalosse è una pasta scanalata dalla consistenza morbida e saporita. Questa brioche splendidamente dorata viene tradizionalmente cosparsa di granella di zucchero per aggiungere croccantezza e sapore alla tavola per la colazione, il tè del pomeriggio o qualsiasi momento dolce della giornata! Una brioche generosa e golosa, la cui ricetta e preparazione tradizionale è rimasta invariata da due generazioni (di Laborde, ovviamente).
