Situato a sud di Limoges, a due passi dalla Corrèze, Saint-Germain-les-Belles è un villaggio tipicamente limosino immerso nel bocage dell'Haut-Viennois. Costruito attorno alla chiesa del XIV secolo e al suo campanile in castagno, è ancora possibile vedere il mastio del castello del XII secolo e le fortificazioni attorno alle quali sono state costruite le case.
