Théophraste Renaudot, medico, filantropo e giornalista del XVII secolo, vi accoglie nella sua casa-museo che presenta la sua vita e la sua opera. Scoprirete la ricostruzione di un laboratorio di stampa con numerosi torchi, la biblioteca e le sue Gazzette dal 1631 al 1915, l'erboristeria e le pratiche mediche dell'epoca, il salone che riunisce le personalità di spicco di Loudun, in particolare Urbain Grandier, la sala espositiva e la presentazione dei premi Renaudot.
