Questa azienda familiare fondata a Montaut-en-Chalosse (40) perpetua da 4 generazioni i sapori e le tradizioni della sua regione. Tutti i prodotti sono preparati in modo artigianale senza additivi o conservanti e le anatre provengono da piccoli allevamenti dove sono ingrassate con mais integrale. Qui troverete prodotti crudi, foie gras d'anatra e d'oca, confit, terrine e paté, oltre a succulenti piatti cotti e confezioni regalo per buongustai. Un'accoglienza calorosa e consigli validi.
