Deze mooie winkel, op een steenworp afstand van de Grands Hommes, is het directe verkooppunt van Maison Lafitte, de specialist in eendenlever uit de Landes sinds 1920. Dit in Montaut-en-Chalosse (40) opgerichte familiebedrijf houdt al 4 generaties lang de smaken en tradities van zijn streek in ere. Alle producten worden op ambachtelijke wijze bereid zonder toevoegingen of conserveringsmiddelen en de eenden komen van kleine boerderijen waar ze worden vetgemest met volkoren maïs. U vindt hier rauwe producten, foie gras van eend en gans, confits, terrines en patés, maar ook sappige gekookte gerechten en gastronomische geschenkdozen. Een warm welkom en goed advies. Zendingen door heel Frankrijk.
