Nel cuore della bastide di Lestelle Bétharram, l'Accueil Notre-Dame si trova vicino all'asse Nay-Lourdes, sul cammino di Santiago de Compostela.
La reception di Notre-Dame offre una sistemazione di grande capacità. Con le sue 18 camere e 32 posti, può accogliere pellegrini e viaggiatori tutto l'anno per una o più notti, con o senza colazione, o anche in mezza pensione (su prenotazione). Vicino al Gave de Pau, è il luogo ideale per una pausa rilassante nei Pirenei.
La reception si trova accanto al santuario, un capolavoro unico dell'arte barocca a Bearn, costituito dalla cappella di Notre-Dame del XVII secolo, dall'antico ponte ad arco unico, da un calvario con 15 stazioni, che nel XVII secolo era un importante luogo di pellegrinaggio.
