È un luogo che crea legami sociali e promuove il patrimonio locale (cibo, artigianato, cultura e arte). Si può venire a bere qualcosa, mangiare semplici piatti fatti in casa dall'ora di pranzo al venerdì, partecipare alle serate di gioco del giovedì, rilassarsi in famiglia o da soli nell'area lounge, godersi il programma messo in piedi dal team di animazione o approfittare della vendita di prodotti locali.
