In un ambiente caldo ed elegante, che unisce il legno, la pietra e l'atmosfera di montagna, il nostro ristorante presenta una cucina locale ispirata ai prodotti locali e di stagione.
Lo chef Julien CLAUDE e il suo team creano piatti generosi e creativi che combinano sapori tradizionali con tocchi contemporanei. Le specialità dei Vosgi si fondono armoniosamente con piatti raffinati e una selezione di vini scelti con cura.
Il ristorante è aperto anche a pranzo durante le vacanze di Natale e febbraio.
