prendere la direzione del centro ricreativo e parcheggiare di fronte al Domaine de la Motte (campeggio, chalet, casa mobile) lungo la recinzione degli chalet, il percorso inizia ai margini del bosco. Il percorso è un anello di 3 km. Si passa vicino alla Petite Eau e ci si affaccia sullo stagno di Forge. Accessibile con bambini a partire da 3 anni come famiglia o più sportivi. Alla fine del percorso è possibile recarsi alla reception del Domaine de la Motte per un drink, al ristorante l'Entracte. Nel villaggio è presente un ristorante gastronomico, La Hulotte, aperto alcuni giorni alla settimana. Tavoli da picnic sono disponibili a pochi metri dal percorso fitness o vicino al laghetto della Motte. Il mini-market è aperto in paese tutti i giorni tranne il lunedì e la domenica pomeriggio. Le panetterie offrono panini.
