L'azienda di acquacoltura Eau Médoc, fondata nel 1989 sul polder del Médoc, offre prodotti provenienti dai suoi 17 ettari di paludi salmastre e frutti di mare provenienti da altre zone, preparati nel nostro laboratorio di cucina.
Visite di degustazione regolari vi permetteranno di scoprire le nostre attività e i nostri prodotti. Tutto l'anno è possibile trovare i nostri prodotti sul posto o nei mercati. A seconda della stagione, troverete gamberi, gamberetti, crostacei cotti o crudi, grandi crostacei e tutto l'anno le nostre ostriche speciali maturate nel Médoc GIGAS MEDULLI.
