Il Lacustra è un ristorante semi-gastronomico che offre una cucina realizzata esclusivamente con prodotti freschi e di stagione. Situato sulle rive dell'Etang de la Ramade, il ristorante dispone di una sala da pranzo e di una terrazza con vista panoramica sull'acqua.

Benoit Pireyre, il nostro capo chef, vi farà scoprire le delizie culinarie dei prodotti locali di stagione.
Siamo attenti a promuovere i prodotti di qualità e il menu è concepito intorno a questi prodotti e ai loro produttori.
Per sfruttare al meglio il momento, vi invitiamo a fidarvi di noi per la preparazione e a scoprire il vostro piatto all'ultimo momento.

Ogni giorno vi proporremo proposte dello chef basate su 3 antipasti, 3 secondi e 3 dessert realizzati esclusivamente con prodotti freschi, privilegiando i piccoli produttori, gli ortolani e gli allevatori delle vicinanze.
