Il Borne Brignon si trova sul percorso del GR5, a sud del comune di Turquestein-Blancrupt e vicino alla Tête du Frésillon. Le pietre miliari del Borne Brignon si trovano sul Chemin de Bornes, un percorso circolare di 47 km con 166 pietre miliari, tutte incise con le armi di Saint-Quirin. Alcuni segnaposti sono scomparsi nel tempo, altri sono stati restaurati grazie ai volontari del Club Vosgien e dell'ONF.
