Rochard è un luogo appartato in mezzo alla natura, sulle rive del fiume Autize. Il sito è particolarmente adatto a gruppi con finalità sportive, culturali o ambientali. Rochard ospita anche mini-campi durante le vacanze scolastiche, con weekend spesso prenotati da famiglie o amici.
Il gîte dispone di 2 ampie sale di 30 m² ciascuna con strutture funzionali per 30 persone: cucina, servizi igienici (5 lavandini, 2 docce, toilette). Si dorme non nel gîte ma in una yurta da 14 posti letto (da giugno a ottobre) allestita nel prato adiacente al gîte.
