Nel cuore della città mercato di Châlus, venite a scoprire la gustosa cucina bistronomica, preparata con ingredienti biologici e locali. Lo chef, Cyrille Larenaudie, cucina davanti ai vostri occhi (stupiti). Ma prima di tutto, è nel settore da oltre 20 anni. È stato formato dallo chef Grégory Coutanceau presso il ristorante gourmet Les Flots di La Rochelle, a garanzia della qualità dei piatti che prepara per voi. Cyrille ha scelto di allestire una cucina a vista nel suo ristorante, in modo che i visitatori possano vedere la magia che si compie davanti ai loro occhi.
