La Toque Cuivrée è lo specialista del canelé di Bordeaux da oltre 30 anni. Ci impegniamo a preservare la più autentica pasticceria bordolese. La nostra ricetta del canelé è unica e tradizionale e si basa su ingredienti sani e privi di additivi. L'azienda è stata fondata negli anni '80 da Bernard Lussaut per promuovere le specialità di Bordeaux. Da allora, abbiamo costantemente riaffermato il nostro impegno incondizionato nei confronti della regione della Gironda, la patria del canelé. Le nostre ricette rispettano la regola d'oro del canelé, la cottura perfetta. Il nostro approccio è sempre stato intimamente legato al patrimonio locale.
