La Toque Cuivrée is the specialist of the Bordeaux canelé for more than 30 years. We are committed to the preservation of the most authentic Bordeaux pastry. Our canelé recipe is both unique and traditional, and is based on healthy ingredients and no additives. The company was founded in the 80's by Bernard Lussaut to promote the specialties of Bordeaux. Since then, we have constantly reaffirmed our unwavering commitment to the Gironde region, the land of origin of the canelé. Our recipes respect the golden rule of the canelé, the perfect cooking. Our whole approach has always been intimately linked to the local heritage. You can find it with happiness in one of our stores in Bordeaux, Paris, Toulouse, La Rochelle, etc..
