Il Domaine de Mons (ex commenda templare, proprietà di 200 ettari) non si limita ad accogliere i vacanzieri, ma ha come attività principale l'allevamento di mucche e cavalli. Si trova nel Parco Naturale Regionale delle Causses du Quercy, a 1,5 km dal villaggio di Assier (tutti i negozi). L'alloggio, separato dalla casa dei proprietari (che si trova a pochi metri di distanza) da una siepe per preservare la sua privacy, è luminoso e spazioso, senza affacci, e gode di una bella vista sulla campagna circostante (i prati della tenuta si trovano più in alto sulla strada). È stata restaurata all'insegna dell'autenticità, pur offrendo un buon comfort interno. Una piscina in legno fuori terra (4,12 diam x 1,20 di profondità) è in comune con l'altro gîte (capacità 2 persone).
