Scoprite una ricca collezione di mobili, abiti e oggetti che illustrano la vita quotidiana degli abitanti dei Vosgi nel secolo scorso. La ricostruzione fedele di una casa dei Vosgi rivela la cucina, le camere da letto e gli spazi abitativi tradizionali, circondati da attrezzi e vecchi mestieri.
Una sala di modelli presenta una cartiera, un mulino per cereali e un altoforno, che illustrano i metodi tradizionali che utilizzano l'acqua come forza motrice. Un'altra sala rende omaggio al generale Humbert, nato a Saint-Nabord e famoso per la sua vittoria nella battaglia di Castlebar durante la spedizione franco-irlandese.
Ingresso libero. Apertura il martedì in luglio e agosto (informazioni presso l'Ufficio del Turismo) e visite su appuntamento al di fuori di queste date.
