La toque cuivrée è l'inevitabile produttore dell'emblematico canelé de bordeaux.
Si tratta di una piccola torta gourmet, croccante all'esterno e morbida all'interno, con note di rum e vaniglia, adatta sia ai momenti di relax che a quelli di festa.
È disponibile in 3 misure: large 0,70 ?, lunch 0,50 ?, bite size 0,40 ?
Per variare i piaceri, nei nostri negozi troverete anche variazioni gastronomiche del nostro prodotto di punta (verrine di canelés con sciroppo di rum, caramelle con chips di canelés) e dolci tradizionali regionali (tourtières di mele o di mele e prugne; torte bordolesi alle mandorle o al cioccolato).
