Il monastero è aperto ai visitatori durante gli eventi e le Giornate Europee del Patrimonio.
Nel 1262, San Luigi fondò il priorato di Saint-Maurice, all'interno del perimetro del castello reale, per ospitare le reliquie di ventiquattro martiri della Legione Tebea, compagni di San Maurizio. Del complesso monastico rimane l'ala orientale del priorato di Saint-Maurice, rimaneggiata fino al XIX secolo, e il dormitorio dei monaci al piano superiore, restaurato. Durante la visita, potrete scoprire il sorprendente soffitto ligneo a "scafo di barca rovesciato".
