Il Passage Carnot offre negozi e botteghe-atelier riservati ai professionisti dell'arte e dell'artigianato, oltre a una caffetteria/sala da tè che offre un servizio di ristorazione per gli abitanti della zona, creando un nuovo luogo di incontro e socializzazione. È ospitato in un edificio ristrutturato, classificato come edificio d'eccezione. Si tratta di un edificio nuovo, moderno, in stile galleria di vetro, costruito su entrambi i lati di un passaggio.
