Marie-Thérèse e Manuel vi danno il benvenuto a Préchacq-les-Bains, un centro termale a Chalosse, a sud delle Landes. Prendete le vostre scarpe da trekking e seguite l'anello segnalato nel comune di Louer per scoprire il torrente Le Louts (a 2 km). Altri circuiti sono disponibili presso l'Ufficio del Turismo di Montfort-en-Chalosse. Andateci il mercoledì, giorno di mercato sotto la sala del mercato. Passeggiate in questa Bastide del XIII secolo e visitate il Museo di Chalosse. Risalite in macchina per andare a Maylis. Di fronte a voi c'è un'abbazia dove i monaci benedettini saranno lieti di incontrarvi. Sulla via del ritorno, visitate la tenuta termale di Préchacq (parco e deposito di fanghi, resti dei primi bagni termali).
Vicino alla casa dei proprietari, questa casa indipendente dispone di una terrazza che si apre su un giardino fiorito. È dotato di una tenda da sole.
