Un altro vantaggio del Comptoir Japonais è che cuciniamo con l'acqua KANGEN, filtrata dalle impurità e ionizzata, che la rende morbida e antiossidante. Viene quindi trasformato in un esaltatore di sapidità naturale. Serviamo Sushi, Ramen, Soba, Udon ma anche Bo bun e altre specialità asiatiche. Una cucina inventiva e sana.
