La Maison Mazerand, costruita nel 1896 (Jugendstil), era in origine la residenza del direttore dell'azienda, una delle più antiche tipografie francesi.
Il proprietario offre alloggio in 2 camere da letto, 1 grande bagno con toilette separata, 1 biblioteca, 1 sala da biliardo situata al primo piano. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno, è possibile mettere a disposizione il piano superiore ad uso esclusivo, in modo che possiate godervi appieno il vostro soggiorno
I cani sono ammessi; la casa è circondata da un parco di 1,5 ettari completamente recintato. Per gli amici a quattro zampe è prevista un'area giochi gratuita.
La colazione è inclusa nel prezzo. Su richiesta, vengono preparati i pasti per gli ospiti; si tratta di specialità regionali a base di prodotti locali (verdure, insalate, erbe e frutta). Se il tempo lo permette, la colazione viene servita sulla terrazza (sito nascosto)
C'è un ampio parcheggio per i veicoli di grandi dimensioni. Se necessario, è possibile affittare anche un garage.
