Il circuito del Saulcy consente agli escursionisti di scoprire quasi interamente il territorio del comune di Saulcy. La partenza si trova al centro del villaggio davanti al ristorante "Le Sapin".
Curiosità: Lungo il percorso, il Monumento ai Caduti in granito (14-18 e 39-45), il Monumento detto "dei Rumeni", dove durante la guerra 14-18 i soldati rumeni prigionieri dovettero costruire un cimitero e un monumento per i tedeschi, il Ponte di Salm, le rovine della Segheria del Lupo, le Fattorie dei Hauts Prés, viste magnifiche su Quieux e l'Harcholet, la stele dei Fucilati Inglesi, la Chiesa di San Giovanni che risale al XVIII secolo, la Croce di Missione del 1953. Da notare anche i resti di un'antica via romana.
