Ardingly è un villaggio inglese e una parrocchia civile nel distretto di Mid Sussex nel West Sussex, Inghilterra. Il villaggio si trova nell'High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty a circa 53 km a sud di Londra e 53 km a est-nord-est della città capoluogo di Chichester. La parrocchia copre un'area di 3.974 acri. Il censimento del 2011 ha registrato una popolazione di 1.936, un incremento rispetto a 1.833 nel 2001.
Il giardino botanico selvatico di Kew, Wakehurst, si trova a circa 2,4 km a nord del villaggio. Il bacino di Ardingly si trova a circa 1,6 km a ovest del villaggio. La formazione rocciosa Big-Upon-Little è vicino a un sentiero che collega Ardingly e West Hoathly.
